A curated set of twelve black ballpoint pens. Each pen is subtly, visibly wrong: a cap that does not click, a clip that bends outward, a barrel that is slightly shorter than the rest. None of them match.
Going forward, this set lives in the pen cup, waiting to be selected. You will select one. It will not be the right one.
Per my last email, this set is made in partnership with a factory that is still returning our calls, as of press time.
