A 50-sheet yellow legal pad in which the first line of every page arrives pre-printed with the phrase "Per my last email," in a clean monospaced font. The remaining lines are blank, for the content that follows the phrase.
As discussed, this legal pad is suitable for any meeting in which something is being re-explained, re-documented, or re-confirmed for the third time. The pre-printed line saves approximately two to four seconds per page. Those seconds accumulate.
Circling back: the pad is standard yellow, 8.5 by 14 inches, with a top-glued binding. The phrase is printed in a slightly darker yellow ink. It does not disappear into the background. It is not meant to.
